The National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Shai-Osudoku has extended heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Michael Kpessa-Whyte on his appointment as the Acting Director-General of the State Interests and Governance Authority (SIGA) by President John Mahama.
In a press release signed by Constituency Secretary Jones N. Ayertey, the party described Prof. Kpessa-Whyte’s appointment as a recognition of his exceptional leadership, academic accomplishments, and steadfast commitment to public service.
“As a distinguished political scientist and researcher, he brings an impressive wealth of knowledge and experience to his new role at SIGA,” the statement noted.
The Shai-Osudoku NDC expressed confidence that under Prof. Kpessa-Whyte’s guidance, SIGA will remain committed to its mission of promoting good governance, transparency, and accountability in managing Ghana’s state assets.
