SokoJob, an AI-powered job-matching and hiring platform, has launched a social programme aimed at supporting organisations doing social projects with free recruitment services.
A statement from SokoJob said the free service will be for selected social projects with a focus on universities, schools, and non-profit organisations.
“We’re building SokoJob not just as a business but as a tool for our country’s development,” says Roberta Mensah, Managing Partner at SokoJob. “Too often, socially impactful projects struggle to find the right people simply because they don’t have recruitment budgets. We want to change that.”

How It Works
SokoJob is accepting applications from universities and educational institutions; schools and education programmes; registered NGOs and social enterprises; as well as community projects with measurable social impact.
The selected projects will receive full-cycle recruitment support from SokoJob – ready-for-interview candidates will be delivered to the beneficiary institutions. This means SokoJob will receive the applications, pre-screen candidates and deliver only the qualified ones to the respective institutions.
Dedicated HR manager
A SokoJob specialist will work with the institution throughout the process, coordinating efforts and accounting for the organisation’s specific needs. Organisations will then get their roles filled completely free.
“This isn’t a one-off campaign; it’s part of our long-term strategy,” Roberta Mensah stated. “We believe technology should serve people. If our experience and platform can help grow education, strengthen communities, and create opportunities – we have a responsibility to do so.”
