Your Life Is Leading You to Hell- Pentecost Pastor Tells Mpoasei Residents
The atmosphere at Dansoman-Mpoasei Point 6, Italy Park, shifted dramatically on the Day 4 night of the Mpoasei for Christ Crusade when Pastor Alex Kissi Baah, District Pastor for Trade Fair in the La Area of The Church of Pentecost, delivered a bold, soul-shaking message titled “Your Life Is Leading You to Hell!”
With hundreds gathered under the evening sky, Pastor Baah wasted no time confronting the crowd with what he described as the most urgent spiritual truth humanity must face: the life we are born with is a perishing life. According to him, “the first life man received was never full life. It was a life waiting to die, a life that drags humanity straight into darkness.”
Pastor Baah explained that the life most people live, defined by birth, activities, and death, is not God’s ultimate plan. “Life as you know it, from the day you’re born to the day you die, is simply the function of a mortal existence. But this is not the life God wishes to give you,” he declared.

He emphasised that mankind’s natural life, coupled with worldly wisdom, only leads to corruption.
“Everything man touched became evil because the life he carried was corrupt. That is why humanity sinned without remorse.”
Drawing examples from society, he pointed to the moral decay in Ghana: destruction of natural resources, lawlessness, corruption, and extreme immorality, illustrating that the natural human life produces nothing but chaos.
According to the pastor, every unredeemed life has one destination: hellfire.
He proclaimed, “The old life leads only to destruction. It takes you straight to hell. If you hear my voice tonight, the bad life you are living is because of the kind of life you have.”
The congregation fell silent as Pastor Baah listed modern manifestations of moral decay—from widespread fornication to growing trends like “sex ”buffet”—describing them as evidence that society is spiralling into darkness.
The central theme of Pastor Baah’s sermon was the life and light that Jesus Christ brings.
“Jesus does not only give life; He brings light. And this light shines on your path so that you will see where to walk.”
Quoting John 14:6, he reemphasised Jesus as “the way, the truth, and the life.” According to him, those who accept Christ do not just change direction; they change identity.
In one of the most gripping parts of his sermon, Pastor Baah revisited the biblical encounter between Jesus and the madman of Gadara. He described how thousands of demons (a legion) fought for a single pig to enter, showing the reality of spiritual warfare.
“When Jesus steps into your life, every evil spirit will rush away like pigs into the sea of Gadara. Tonight Jesus is ready to redirect all spirits troubling you.”
The preacher ended with a passionate altar call: “Come to Jesus now! Today is the day of salvation. Today is the day of grace. Come and receive rest. The life you need is only in Christ. Without Him, your life is leading you to hell.”
Many responded as the crusade grounds turned into a place of prayer, tears, and surrender.
