The communications team of the presidency has dismissed claims of releasing a third batch of ministerial nominees, labeling the reports as “false and misleading.”
The circulating claims included names of prominent National Democratic Congress (NDC) members, such as Rashid Pelpuo as Minister for the Interior, Muntaka Mubarak as Minister for Transport, and Sam George as Minister-Designate for Communication, Digital Technology, and Innovation.
In a statement, the Office of the President clarified that no such announcement has been made. It emphasised that any official communication regarding ministerial appointments would be issued through the appropriate channels.
