Kasoa: 29-Year-Old Caught Stealing Designer Clothes and Toilet Rolls with Master Key
A 29-year-old Nigerian, Joseph Chukumeka, was caught and beaten by angry residents at Kasoa in the Awutu Senya East Municipality after being caught stealing designer clothes, hangers, and toilet rolls from residential rooms.
For weeks, residents had been experiencing unexplained thefts but were unable to identify the culprit. However, Joseph’s luck ran out on Monday when neighbours heard unusual noises from a room and rushed to investigate.
To their shock, they found him inside, despite no signs of forced entry. It was later discovered that he had been using a master key to carry out his operations.

As residents attempted to lynch him, he pleaded for mercy, claiming the devil had influenced his actions.
He was later handed over to the police for further investigations and prosecution.
