Presiding Elder George Amartey Amarteifio of the Church of Pentecost, Mpoasei Upper Room Assembly, has reminded Christians that God’s call upon His people is anchored in divine purpose, not disgrace.
Preaching on the theme “The Divine Healing of God” during Sunday service on September 7, 2025, the Presiding Elder emphasised that every believer is uniquely chosen and purchased into God’s kingdom through the blood of Jesus Christ.
“It is God that appoints His people, and it is God that can do anything and everything,” Elder Amarteifio declared. “It is He who has called us into His kingdom, not to disgrace but for His purpose. Either way, everyone has been called to do something in His kingdom, and that’s the reason why He called and shared His precious blood to purchase us into His kingdom.”

According to him, divine healing extends beyond physical restoration to encompass spiritual renewal and alignment with God’s will. He urged members to recognise that their calling is evidence of God’s grace and a demonstration of His intention to equip them for kingdom service.
Presiding Elder George Amartey Amarteifio highlighted the importance of faith, obedience, and commitment in experiencing God’s healing power.
Elder Amarteifio further encouraged believers to hold firmly to their faith, especially in moments of trial, noting that God’s plans always lead to glory and fulfilment.
He concluded with a call for Christians to live as vessels of God’s purpose, serving in humility and dedication to the advancement of His kingdom.
