Church of Pentecost Pastor Visits Flood Victims, Calls for Hope
The Mpoasei District Pastor of the Church of Pentecost, Dansoman Area, Pastor John Gilbert Ayamah, has visited church members affected by Monday's devastating floods, assuring them of the church's support and urging them to remain hopeful despite their losses.
Pastor John Gilbert Ayamah, Mpoasei District Pastor of the Church of Pentecost-Dansoman Area, has paid a pastoral visit to members whose homes were affected by the recent heavy rainfall and flooding that swept through parts of Accra.
The visit formed part of the church's efforts to offer comfort and assess the needs of members who suffered losses during the downpour.
Pastor Ayamah was accompanied by members of the district executive team as they toured affected homes to interact with victims and witness the extent of the damage firsthand.
During the visit, the district pastor expressed his heartfelt sympathy to the affected families, many of whom lost household items after floodwaters invaded their homes.
He assured the victims that the Church of Pentecost would stand with them during this difficult period and pledged the church's support to help alleviate their hardship.
Pastor Ayamah also encouraged the affected members to remain steadfast in their faith, expressing confidence that they would recover from the unfortunate incident with the support of the church and the grace of God.
The visit was warmly received by the affected members, who expressed appreciation to the district leadership for the timely show of concern and solidarity.
