The highly anticipated inauguration of President-Elect John Dramani Mahama is set to take place on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at the iconic Black Star Square in Accra.

To maintain order and provide clear access, the event venue has been segmented into three zones:
- Zone 1: Parliamentary Sitting Area
- Reserved exclusively for invited dignitaries and VIPs.
- Entry will be permitted upon presentation of an official invitation.
- Zone 2: Public Stands
- Open to the general public.
- Equipped with large LED screens for enhanced viewing of the proceedings.
- Comprehensive security measures have been implemented for public safety.
- Zone 3: Media Section
- Allocated space for accredited journalists to cover the event.
- Media personnel will have access to facilities to ensure effective reporting.

Several key roads will be closed to facilitate the event, including:
