Ghanaian actress Clara Amoateng Benson, popularly known as Maame Serwaa, has dismissed claims that she has undergone cosmetic surgery, affirming that her body is 100% natural.
Speaking in a recent interview on the ‘Okukuseku Show,’ hosted by actress Emelia Brobbey, Maame Serwaa stated that she has never undergone any form of body enhancement and has no current intentions of doing so.
While reaffirming her natural physique, the actress admitted that she has, at times, considered a surgical procedure—not for enhancement, but rather for breast reduction due to the size of her bust.

“I haven’t done any body enhancement before. The only time I considered surgery was to reduce the size of my breasts because I felt they were too large. If I ever decide to have a procedure, it would be that,” she revealed.
Maame Serwaa further explained that if she eventually chooses to undergo breast reduction surgery, she would document the entire process as an educational tool for others considering similar procedures.
“Even if I decide to do it, I would make sure to document it so others who might want to undergo the same surgery will understand that it’s not just about fashion,” she added.
The actress remains confident in her natural appearance and continues to focus on her acting career, despite ongoing public speculation about her body.
