Ghana Post Welcomes New Leadership

Ghana Post, the nation’s designated postal administrator and leading courier service provider, has appointed Rita Sraha as Managing Director (CEO) and Stephen Kingsley Bennieh as Deputy Managing Director, Finance & Administration (F&A).

The appointments are part of a strategic overhaul aimed at making Ghana Post more technologically driven, financially efficient, and customer-focused in an era of rapid digital transformation.

During an official visit to introduce the new leadership, Minister for Communication, Digital Technology, and Innovations, Hon. Samuel Nartey George, shared his ambitious vision for the postal service. He emphasised that Ghana Post must evolve beyond traditional postal operations to become a fully integrated logistics, financial, and e-commerce service provider.

His roadmap for modernising Ghana Post includes:

Rita Sraha – Managing Director (CEO)

As a Chartered Accountant and business consultant, Rita Sraha brings a wealth of experience in financial management, corporate governance, and strategic leadership. She is expected to drive fiscal responsibility, operational efficiency, and digital transformation across Ghana Post’s operations.

Stephen Kingsley Bennieh – Deputy Managing Director, Finance & Administration

Bennieh, a legal and financial expert, will oversee fiscal planning, compliance, and administrative efficiency. His leadership is expected to improve financial accountability and governance at Ghana Post.

Under the new leadership, Ghana Post aims to:
