The Electoral Commission (EC) has announced that the Council of State election will take place on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.
In preparation for the election, the EC has opened nominations for individuals interested in contesting. Prospective candidates are required to submit their nominations along with two recent passport-size photographs.
Nominations will be accepted from January 28 to January 31, 2025, during the hours of 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. All applications must be submitted to the respective regional directors.
