The Centre for Democratic Movement (CDM) is calling on the Mahama administration to swiftly and transparently investigate alleged suspicious flight activities that have sparked growing public concern.
In a statement, the civil society group stressed the importance of a non-partisan approach and urged the National Security and Civil Aviation Authorities to publish all related flight, cargo, and clearance documentation.
They also called for parliamentary oversight and, if necessary, the involvement of international observers to ensure credibility and public trust.

“Any whiff of complicity, silence, or obstruction risks painting Ghana as a permissive corridor for transnational criminal operations,” CDM warned.
The group further expressed concern over the potential impact of the situation on investor confidence and international relations.
Reinforcing the need for accountability, the CDM underscored Parliament’s constitutional role in oversight, insisting that the nation deserves facts—not political games.
“We must ensure clarity and truth in this matter, as the integrity of our institutions and national image are at stake,” the statement added.
