The Senior Staff Union of the Bulk Energy Storage and Transportation Company (BOST) has warmly congratulated Mr. Afetsi Awonoor on his appointment as the company’s new Managing Director.
In a press release signed by the union’s chairman, Abdul Jalil Abdul Rahman, the staff expressed their enthusiasm and optimism about Mr. Awonoor’s leadership.
“We are delighted to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Afetsi Awonoor on his appointment as the Managing Director of BOST.

This is a well-deserved appointment, and we look forward to working closely with him to achieve the company’s vision and objectives,” the statement read.
The union assured Mr. Awonoor of their full support as he takes up the mantle of leadership at BOST, emphasising their shared commitment to ensuring the company remains a key player in Ghana’s energy sector.
“We are confident that Mr. Awonoor’s leadership will steer BOST towards greater efficiency, innovation, and growth, solidifying its role in Ghana’s energy infrastructure,” the release added.
The staff union further called on all stakeholders to rally behind the new managing director to foster unity and collaboration within the company.
