Kwame Governs Agbodza, the Minister-Designate for Roads and Highways, has responded to concerns about his temperament raised during his vetting process on Monday, January 20, 2025.
Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin had expressed reservations, suggesting that Mr. Agbodza’s passionate approach to issues could be a potential challenge if confirmed for the role.
In a measured response, Agbodza acknowledged the feedback and expressed a commitment to working on his interpersonal skills.
He emphasised that while he is deeply passionate about his work, he understands the importance of maintaining professionalism and balance in all of his interactions.
“I want to thank colleagues for the feedback. I think it is important. They raised issues about my temperament, and you are right. When I believe in something, sometimes you tell me I should be mindful of the way I put it. I will work on it,” Agbodza said during his response.
