The younger brother, identified as 25-year-old Papa, reportedly escalated the argument by brandishing a knife, causing the older brother to flee.

In a fit of anger, Papa is alleged to have set the building ablaze, destroying valuable property and leaving residents homeless. Thankfully, no casualties were reported.

Firefighters managed to arrive in time to prevent the flames from consuming the entire structure. However, the fire caused significant damage, with losses estimated in the thousands of cedis.

The displaced tenants are struggling to recover from the devastation, while fire officials have launched a full investigation into the incident.

As of now, Papa remains at large, and authorities are appealing to the public for any information that could lead to his arrest.
