Pentecost pastor robbed and shot at Awutu Papaase

Pastor Samuel Koblah Narh of the Church of Pentecost, the district pastor of Awutu Papaase, was shot and is in serious condition.

Both his cell phones and his Toyota RAV4 automobile, registered GW 545-22, have been taken by the thieves.

The sad event took place in the Central Region’s Awutu Senya West District at Awutu Papaase.

After leaving an evening service, Pastor Samuel Koblah Narh returned home to find his home broken into and robbed.

According to information acquired by Adom News, his home was besieged by armed robbers.

Police reports state that one of Pastor Koblah’s sons opened the front gate to greet him when he returned home.

The bandits trailed the pastor inside the house as soon as they could and shot multiple live rounds to scare off his relatives.

Godfred Viglo, one of the church elders, stated in an interview with Adom News reporter Kofi Adjei that the pastor was shot in the shoulder by the robbers as he attempted to speak with them.

After removing him from the vehicle, they took off.

After receiving emergency care at Winneba Trauma and Specialist Hospital, Pastor Samuel Koblah was moved to the Church of Pentecost Hospital in Madina to receive additional care.

Elder Godfred Viglo pleaded with the people of Ghana and the Ghana Police Service to assist in apprehending the culprits and obtaining the pastor’s Toyota RAV4.
