‘A Country Called Ghana’ nominated for 2024 Nollywood Film Festival

Actor Kwadwo Nkansah, better known by his stage as Lilwin, is nominated for a 2024 Nollywood Film Festival in Germany for his most recent film, “A Country Called Ghana.”

Top performers from Ghana and Nigeria are featured in this Frank Fiifi Gharbin-directed production, which is produced by Lilwin and aims to inform and amuse viewers about the value of maintaining cultural heritage.

Renowned performers like Paa George, Sweet Mimi, Victor Osuagwu (better known as Awilo Sharp Sharp), Charles Awurum, and Ramsey Noah are among the cast members.

“A Country Called Ghana” hopes to become well-known throughout the world and land a position on Netflix.

An important step in the direction of achieving this goal is its nomination and forthcoming exhibition at the Nollywood Film Festival.

An annual event that promotes international trade and exchange prospects in this expanding market, the Nollywood Festival/NEGA Awards Germany showcases the best of Nollywood to the German public.

GOETHE University’s Purple Cinema, situated at Mertonstr 26–28 in Frankfurt AM Main, Germany, is the venue for this year’s festival, which is set for August 3, 2024.

Kwadwo Nkansah, a multidimensional Ghanaian artist, actor, and comedian, is better known by his stage name, Lilwin.

In Ghana’s Ashanti Region, he is the CEO of Weezy Empire and the founder and director of Great Minds International School in Kumasi.
