Nungua Stool summoned Fella Makafui and Medikal over land documentation

Fella Makafui and Medikal, well-known Ghanaian entertainers, have been formally called before the Nungua Stool to appear about land documents that have been making the rounds on social media.

Both of them received official invitations from the Office of the Gborbu Wulomo-Shitse, Overlord of the Gadangme State, asking them to come to the palace so that documents could be verified.

Fella Makafui and Medikal, whose true name is Samuel Adu Frimpong, have been summoned by Rev. Dr. Gyasi Ankrah, Director of Administration at the Office of the Gborbu Wulomo-Shitse, to bring their full documentation to the palace on Friday, May 24, 2024, at 11:00 am, for verification.

This incident occurs right after the couple’s widely reported divorce. Once regarded as one of Ghana’s most gorgeous couples, Fella Makafui and Medikal have been navigating a difficult divorce.

Following a well-publicized nuptial in 2020, their relationship has begun to exhibit indications of strain in the last year.

Both of them are still living in the same home and co-parenting their daughter, Island Frimpong, despite their divorce.

Further issues have arisen as a result of this arrangement; according to reports, Medikal has asked Fella to kick her cousin out of the residence.

To further complicate their ongoing conflict, Fella has also asked the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) to look into Medikal.

Their residence has now turned into a controversial matter.

Although Medikal asserts that he paid for the house’s construction fully out of his own pocket, he added Fella’s name to the paperwork out of caution and for their daughter’s sake. “I used my own funds to build everything, but I only included Fella’s name out of caution and for the benefit of Island,” Medikal said.

Fella, on the other hand, contests this assertion, claiming that she helped build the home and that she can provide evidence of her role in court, emphasizing the material and emotional contributions she made to their marriage.

The authorities believe they must look into the case because of the contradictory claims.

The names of Fella and Medikal appear on the land records, which has led the Nungua Stool to step in and confirm the veracity of these allegations.
