Eligibility Criteria:
Africa:
- Full-time student at a recognised African university

- Full-time student at a recognised university in Australia, New Zealand, East Asia, India, or Southeast Asia
- Primary author of a paper accepted at a top computer science conference
- Paper must be accepted for oral or poster presentation.
- No other industry-sponsored travel grant received
Application Process:
There is no set deadline, but students are advised to apply early, as the payment process can take 5-8 weeks. Approved applicants will receive funds through their universities and can claim expenses via standard university reimbursement procedures.
Google encourages students from marginalised communities to apply, reinforcing its commitment to inclusivity and equal access to opportunities in the technology sector.
Scholarship applications are reviewed throughout the year, with students notified of their status before their respective conferences.
