A road accident near the KNUST police station in Kumasi on Christmas Day, December 25, left six people injured, including three women.
The crash involved a truck transporting tomatoes from Burkina Faso to Nkawkaw and a Range Rover.
Eyewitnesses reported that the Range Rover driver entered the main road heading toward Ejisu and collided with the truck coming from the Oforikrom direction.

The collision caused the truck, with registration number AS 9903-15, to veer off the road and land in a ditch just past the traffic light near the police station.
Emergency responders rushed to the scene to assist the victims, who suffered varying degrees of injuries.
The injured were transported to nearby medical facilities for treatment.
Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the accident to establish responsibility and improve road safety measures in the area.
