NPP-USA Deputy Communications Director donates over GHS300,000 to Western North campaign

The Deputy Communications Director for the NPP-USA, Ampem-Darko  and a native of the Western North Region, has made a significant donation worth over GHS300,000 to boost the campaigns of NPP parliamentary candidates in the Juaboso, Bodi, and Wiawso constituencies.

The support, which includes campaign logistics and an undisclosed cash amount, was presented during a colourful event at the Juaboso Party office on December 2.

The gathering, attended by enthusiastic party supporters, underscored their readiness to secure victories for the NPP in the upcoming elections.

This is not Ampem-Darko’s first demonstration of commitment to the NPP’s success in the region. In 2016, his contributions helped secure the Akontombra seat for the party for the first time.

In 2020, he further supported the regional campaign with motorbikes, cars, and other resources, aiding the NPP’s electoral performance.

“My goal is to see Dr. Bawumia win the 2024 election and to have Dr. Alex Ampaabeng, Mr. Nicholas Andoh, and Mr. Festus Bumakama Agyapong elected as MPs on December 7. This will ensure the NPP continues its legacy of generational development with bold solutions,” Mr. Ampem-Darko stated.

The event also saw donations from Hon. Aboagye Gyedu, CEO of Valco and former Western North Regional Minister, to further bolster campaign efforts.

Dr. Alex Ampaabeng, speaking on behalf of the parliamentary candidates, expressed profound gratitude for the support and assured that the NPP is poised to win both the presidency and parliamentary seats in the December elections.
