The Greater Accra Regional Communications team of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has extended its warm congratulations to the party’s presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, as he files his nomination today, Monday, September 9, 2024.
In a press statement signed by Regional Communications Director Adam Sabo, the team lauded Dr. Bawumia’s leadership, character, and integrity.
The statement emphasised the significance of this moment and called on all Ghanaians to support the party’s candidate as the nation moves towards the 2024 general elections.
“Dr. Bawumia has proven to be an effective leader with unblemished character and integrity. As communicators in the region, we seize this momentous opportunity to invite everyone to join and support this worthy cause,” the statement read.
The team also highlighted Dr. Bawumia’s track record as Vice President, describing his achievements as clear evidence of his capability to lead the country. His patriotism, hard work, and dedication were cited as qualities that set him apart from his opponents in the upcoming election.
Additionally, the statement reaffirmed the team’s unwavering support for Dr. Bawumia and his running mate, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, wishing them success as they embark on what the party has termed the “Journey of Possibilities.”
