Bawumia appoints GEA CEO to deputy chair trade and industry committee

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ghana Enterprises Agency (GEA), Madam Kosi Yankey-Ayeh has been appointed by the Flagbearer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to deputy chair it’s manifesto committee on Trade and Industry.

The committee shall be responsible for undertaking a holistic review of the party’s 2016 and 2020 manifestos and engaging all relevant stakeholders to come up with a pragmatic 2024 manifesto.

The Manifesto Committee is further charged to discharge mandate effectively and professionally to produce a comprehensive manifesto document that can stand the test of time to address the legitimate concerns and socio-economic challenges of Ghanaians.

The trade and industry committee is led by Mr. Tony Oteng Gyasi and the advisor is Hon. K. T. Hammond.

This appointment was contained in a statement issued on Thursday, February 22, by the Communications Director of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s campaign team, Dennis Miracles Aboagye.
