SeamlessHR Partners with HR Certification Centre Ghana to Drive Digital HR Transformation

SeamlessHR has entered into a strategic partnership with the HR Certification Centre, Ghana (HRCC)—West Africa’s leading HR training and certification institution—to integrate traditional human resource practices with modern digital solutions.

This landmark collaboration aims to elevate HR professionalism, accelerate digital transformation, and enhance workforce development across Ghana and the broader West African subregion.

Speaking at the official announcement, the Executive Director of HRCC, Madam Pearl Tehoda, underscored the need for HR professionals to evolve beyond outdated methods and embrace technology-driven processes.

“Before agreeing to this partnership, we had extensive conversations about the current state of HR in Ghana. We realised the future of HR must go beyond conventional practices and adopt a holistic, integrated approach,” Madam Tehoda said.

She emphasised that HR functions—including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation, and employee relations—must now be executed within a robust ecosystem that blends knowledge of labour laws with digital innovation.

“Technology is no longer optional. It’s the enabler that allows HR professionals to perform their roles quicker, smarter, and more efficiently,” she noted, adding that data management is a prime example. “In the past, analysing HR data required poring over lengthy spreadsheets. Today, with the right systems, that same data is available at the click of a button—enabling informed, timely business decisions.”

The partnership, according to Madam Tehoda, seeks to merge HRCC’s academic expertise and deep understanding of human capital development with SeamlessHR’s cutting-edge digital platforms, ultimately modernising HR operations in both the private and public sectors.

She urged HR practitioners in Ghana to move away from manual systems and embrace digitalisation to remain competitive and effective. “This collaboration is critical. It fast-tracks the creation of a smarter HR ecosystem that serves both employees and stakeholders better.”

Echoing her sentiments, SeamlessHR’s Senior Sales Manager for West Africa, Hackman Dabamtib, expressed optimism about the partnership’s potential to revolutionise HR delivery.

“We are thrilled to be collaborating with HRCC. This partnership positions us to better support HR professionals across West Africa in adopting tools that improve efficiency, compliance, and strategic decision-making,” he said.
