Agradaa, Co-Accused Seek Plea Bargain in Nude Image Distribution Case

Controversial preacher Patricia Asiamah, popularly known as Agradaa, and a co-accused have filed a notice of plea bargaining in a case involving the alleged non-consensual distribution of nude images of a fellow clergyman.

Agradaa, who heads the Heaven Way Champion International Ministry and is currently serving a conviction in a separate matter, filed the notice alongside Charles Omane, alias One Gig, in relation to the dissemination of explicit images of Prophet Emmanuel Appiah Fomum.

The alleged incident occurred in 2021 and was said to have been aired on Thunder TV, a station linked to the accused. Agradaa is facing charges of non-consensual distribution and possession of intimate images, while her co-accused are being tried for abetment in the dissemination.

A third accused, Enock Owusu Kissi, has opted to challenge a recent ruling by the High Court that dismissed his submission of no case. The court ordered him to open his defence, a decision he is now contesting.

The trio, who have all pleaded not guilty, were expected to open their defence during the latest court sitting. However, the proceedings have been adjourned to October 21, 2025, to allow time for the plea negotiations to proceed.
